Candlelight Yoga, Mondays, 6 p.m.
This strong but slow practice is designed to quiet your mind and unwind your body in preparation for sleep. The soothing low-light atmosphere encourages you to turn inward, connecting to breath and spirit, while stretching and strengthening your muscles and connective tissue. This class is open to all levels and the use of props is encouraged.
Morning Yoga, Saturdays, 10 a.m.
This energizing practice will engage your mind and your body, as you learn to follow the breath and listen to your body. We will practice sun salutations, standing poses, twists deep hip openers, core exercises and the occasional inversion, followed by a long luxurious Savasana (relaxation pose). Modifications and adjustments allow practitioners of all levels to practice safely and at their own pace.
